During a recent 14-Night Panama Canal sailing on the Disney Magic from Galveston, TX, we stayed in Stateroom 6553. It is a Category 11A – Standard Inside Stateroom located mid-ship starboard (right) side, near the mid-ship elevators. The room has a single (non-split) bathroom and sleeps 4. It is three decks down from the pool deck and three decks up from Deck 3, where most of the interior venues are on the Magic. We could easily and quickly take the stairs to where ever we wanted to go. Overall, we loved the location and decided to select the room again for a future sailing.
Michelle McKnight, our favorite travel agent and an awesome podcaster (Rope Drop: On Deck), went on the Disney Destiny in November 2025 for a 3-Night Bahamian Cruise from Port Canaveral. She was able to take a tour of Stateroom 13000, which is a 1B – Concierge 2-Story Royal Suite with Verandah. The suite is located on Deck 13 forward on the port (left) side of the ship.
Our friend, Ryan Alexander, recently went on the Disney Wish for a four night Bahamian sailing. While on board, he and his wonderful family were able to enjoy the Pirate Night Menu.
Our friend, Ryan Alexander, recently went on the Disney Wish for a four night Bahamian sailing. He stayed in stateroom 8072, which is a Category 4B – Deluxe Family Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah. The room is located on Deck 8 mid-ship, on the Port (left side). The room sleeps 4 people. The room has a nice verandah as well as a split bathroom.
Our friend, Ryan Alexander, recently went on the Disney Wish for a four night Bahamian sailing. While on board, he and his wonderful family were able to enjoy the World of Marvel dining room. The World of Marvel dining room is locate on Deck 4 aft. The dining room is themed and has an accompanying story that occurs throughout the meal, with a nice surprise visitor at the end of the meal.
Our friend, Ryan Alexander, recently went on the Disney Wish for a four night Bahamian sailing. While on board, he and his wonderful family were able to enjoy the Arendelle dining room. The Arendelle dining room is locate on Deck 5 aft. The dining room is themed and has an accompanying show that occurs throughout the meal with visits to the table by some of the story characters.

The 1923 dining room is locate on Deck 3 mid-ship. The dining room celebrates the Walt Disney Studios and the year it was founded.
